Job Description

To have the overall view of all design activities executed by the service contractors To actively encourage a culture of challenging the design standards and identify opportunities for improvements by working closely with contractors Engineering teams and Company CFDH's to ensure all updates and knowledge are captured. Control the engineering hours, efficiency, productivity, non-productive time of the EMC/ODC engineering personnel. Enhance Project delivery and communication between client and contractors and Improve communication channels between site, Company head office and Contractors head office

BSc in Any Engineering Discipline good design and engineering knowledge and Understanding of the role of Interface Engineer, multidisciplinary project and interface management experience (minimum 7 years) Good interpersonal & communication skills Change management, planning skills Understanding of HSE Enhance project delivery and communication between client and contractors Must have a willingness to learn and expand new skills Must be able to work independently, be challenged and to meet set goals and targets.
